The food and service comes highly recommended

We were there on Wednesday, October 28th, 2020 and were delighted with both the service and our food. The two nice young men served us very attentively!

Very nice atmosphere, but not really for large noisy groups. A waitress was probably in a bad mood that day. With the prices, I would have liked more service quality. Still 5 * for ambience and great wine!

I went in to ask for a table for 7 ... so far no problem .. after waving several times and no reaction, after 40 minutes I received the information that it was not served outside ... yes, thank you very much, even if my customers took that long I would sit there at least listen ... So customer service is great

We cannot understand the negative experiences, some of which can be read here in the reviews. We felt very comfortable here and were well catered for. We made a spontaneous reservation after a stressful day at work and had a great evening. The food was very tasty and appetizingly presented. The service staff looked after us well and was refreshingly courteous. We can't fault our visit and will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely evening!

We had reserved a table, sat at the table for 15 minutes and then got the menu on request. After another 40 minutes we left because nobody looked after us. The service is totally overwhelmed.

Unfortunately, 1 star is still too much. Reserved at 3 p.m. Were 15 minutes in front of the closed door ... 3.15 p.m. we are on. Apparently you don't need any guests at the moment ... Then I wanted to phone to ask what was going on. Unfortunately no one answered the phone. It's a shame we won't be back. What's going on with you guys? We were so happy after the reopening !!! Unfortunately not possible !!!!!

We haven't had such a disappointment for a long time ... the waitress didn't come, you would have to be begged to pay.

We were there for the second time. Everything was fine the first time. Unfortunately not next time. After we were shown really quickly to our seat, the menu and guest message came quickly. Then nothing for 40 minutes. After I asked whether we might still be served, an employee came and took our food and drinks. Then again nothing. Then we went hungry and disappointed. A real shame.

We were very happy about the reopening, but we were very disappointed! Service: listless, unfriendly, arrogant Food: way too expensive, nothing special Waiting time: drinks 30 minutes, food 1 hour Ambience: great It's a shame that things are going so downhill after a reopening!

Were there on the first day of the reopening and loved it. The food was very tasty. The ambience is very nice, especially when you can sit outside. Will be back soon.

Very delicious food, always different dishes on the daily menu. The staff is particularly friendly and attentive. I always like to come.

We were there four people eating yesterday. The quality of the food and the ambience were good. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for our order and it was even a part forgotten. The service itself was not very satisfactory.

Everything was ok with us

The food was fresh and nicely presented. Tasty also very tasty. Dessert really great, with only the chocolate cake missing. Happens. It is very cozy indoors in winter. Time seems to stand still.

We were in the lounge for the first time yesterday and were thrilled. The decor and the interior are modern and stylish, fits great with the overall ambience. The chosen discreet music in the background as well. The service is very friendly, extremely attentive and accommodating. The self-service did not bother us, besides the drinks and the food were served after a short time at the table. The offered wines are very good, as they are known from the South Palatinate and the food is excellent. The taste was the Capaccio and the baked potato to the point, well seasoned and very well presented. Since the eye is happy with and makes you want more. Absolutely fine for the quality and the overall ambience. We like to come back and can not understand the less good reviews.

Very nice location with plenty of space to sit and relax, everything is still so new, toilets clean and modern. Nice counter and spacious interior. Small things to eat are offered, offer of wine from the Edenkoben winegrowing association. Friendly service, gladly again.
